Shipping & Delivery
Luciano Barbera utilizes FedEx. We offer free ground shipping and free returns. Once your order has shipped, check your e-mail as we will send you a tracking number.
Returns, Exchanges, Repairs & Refunds
Thank you so much for being a customer of Luciano Barbera. We would like for you to be completely happy with your order. Unwashed, unworn, merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Some conditions may apply:
Regular Priced Merchandise
Merchandise should be returned within 30 days of receipt, include the original packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached. Used merchandise cannot be returned. These conditions may not apply to merchandise purchased during online sale promotions. Items mailed later than 30 days may be eligible for Luciano Barbera merchandise credit.\nPlease allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the card used at check out. To return a phone order, you will need to provide the original credit card number and expiration date in order to receive a refund. Please email email@example.com or call 646.922.8465 to process your phone order return. Gifts that are returned by someone other than the original purchaser may be returned for merchandise credit. For exchanges or gift returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 646.922.8465.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to email@example.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once an order has been processed for shipment we are unable to modify or cancel your order for any reason.\nAll products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display only items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time to time where we do run out of stock of an item.
Sale or Discounted Merchandise
Merchandise purchased on sale or at a discounted price (may include merchandise purchased during special promotions) must be mailed for return within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund. Merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached. Sale items held longer than 14 days are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Please affix a return shipping label using your preferred mail service to the box in which your order was delivered. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:
